No. We do not offer installation services on site. Our products are designed to be quickly installed by end user.
We design and make our products in USA.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority! We take pride in every product we make. We guarantee that your Rimetrix product will be free from defects in workmanship. If you have any issues, please contact us at email@example.com.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered. Damage from improper use or installation is not covered.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of product that was installed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment.
Packages returned to our warehouse as unclaimed, undeliverable, no access, wrong address provided, expired forwarding address, or no mail receptacle will be automatically refunded minus the original shipping charges and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No. We are an e-commerce business and our locations are only for office, warehouse, shipping, and production purposes. We are not a brick and mortar store where you can purchase and pick up items.
We only ship to countries listed in our checkout shipping section. If you don’t see your country listed, you may use a parcel forwarder, like myus.com.
All in stock orders are estimated to ship within 2 business days.
We ship most of our wheel cover sets and wheel cover single replacements via UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for US orders with 2-5 business day transit times and via USPS for international orders with 3-20 business day transit time. Please expect shipping delays with international shipments due to Covid-19 restrictions in certain areas. Some tracking for international shipments only become available once the item leaves US.
Some of your order line items may ship in separate shipments as we ship from multiple locations.
YES. Import taxes are NOT included in the product cost or shipping cost. Import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and will be collected upon delivery of your order. Import taxes are typically calculated based on the declared value of goods. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine the import tax amount for your order.
We only accept direct credit or debit card payments.
Your card will be charged the full amount when the order is placed.
We accept payments and issue refunds in USD currency only. For refunds of international orders, the actual amount that you receive back in your account may be different than expected due to currency exchange rate at the time of the refund. Processing status indicates that your order is in good standing and that we are working on fulfilling it. Backordered times should be a good estimate of when your order will ship. You will receive a tracking # in the email associated with your account once your order ships.
No. Tesla center caps or any other custom center caps are not compatible with the Rimetrix wheel covers. The included Rimetrix center caps must be used as they are part of the locking mechanism.
For customizing, any 56 mm diameter logo decal can be applied on the top of the “R” if desired.
Much like the original Tesla wheel covers, our wheel covers are designed to be single design and they will fit both sides of your vehicle. You don’t need to worry about noise or poor aero efficiency for installing them on the wrong side of the vehicle.
