Excellent customer service! Timely handling of inquiries. The medusa covers are the ones to get. Had multiple friends compliment it, most thought it was custom wheels.
Jason M. (verified owner) –
Amazing wheel covers. Highly recommend over the ugly stock Gemini covers. My wife is ecstatic about the look of her new 2023 Model Y Long Range.

Nitin (verified owner) –
Excellent looking wheels. I love how they complete the chrome delete look without spending on the bigger OEM wheels that reduce range. And the locking mechanism will ensure it can’t come off as easily at the Gemini wheel covers can.
Duane (verified owner) –
They Look great and seem to function as advertises. We did not notice a change in range once installed.
Paul K. (verified owner) –
Took ~2 weeks to arrive, but looks great.
Soumya Mishra (verified owner) –

Oscar M. (verified owner) –
Great wheel covers, very easy to install. Not a 5 due to a small gap that shows the silver rim when looking at it up close.

Look great, purchasing and delivery also very good. Issue is that I am unable to put air in the tires with my current standard NPT chuck. Went out and purchased valve extenders only ones available when I needed were 2″ chrome color. Right now filled tires took stems off looking for a different stem extender
Rimetrix (store manager) –
Hi David. We are sorry to hear about your experience with accessing the valve stem. We tested the valve stem access against standard air chucks and against the leading gas station air chucks and didn’t see any issues, but we understand that chuck designs vary. The valve extenders should work fine. Another inexpensive option is to replace the air chuck on your line to one similar to this: https://www.mcmaster.com/6701A41/

Winston C. (verified owner) –
The Medusa wheel covers look absolutely gorgeous in person on the Tesla Model Y. The pictures do not do them justice. They help retain the softer ride and range efficiency of the 19″ Gemini wheels while offering curb appeal as well as curb rash protection. The wheel covers arrived quickly in perfect cosmetic condition thanks to the wall packed shipping box.
Installation was easy and a snap so to speak. Took less than 20 minutes to unpack, line each cover with the included adhesive foam dampening strips, remove the unsightly factory wheel covers, wipe down the wheels. pop on the Medusas and install the locking center caps. The lack of rattles, vibration, or noise while driving on local streets and at speed on highways speaks to the highly precise manufacturing and tight tolerances.
One test I did not wish to report on but doing so to speak to the durability and wheel protection offered by the Medusas. The missus got a bit too close to a curb and made contact. As promised, the wheel underneath came out unscathed and is still factory fresh. The fully dyed black PPE material took the impact leaving some barely noticeable scuff marks and fully retains its structural integrity.
Benjamin (verified owner) –
Installed on the Tesla lot when picking up my Model Y. Tesla employees were so impressed they asked where I got them!
Chris (verified owner) –
Look and fit great. Installation took less than 1-2min per wheel. Longest part was getting all the foam in place.
Lynn (verified owner) –
Very fast service.

Excellent Purchase! I’m so glad I found these through Kim Java’s YouTube page! I ordered them before I even picked up the vehicle. Rather than spend the extra 2k on T undertone rims that will scratch up! These made a night and day difference! Look 1M times nicer on the car! Easy for me to replace and love!! Will definitely order a new set when they come out with others!
Ahmed (verified owner) –
Rims look great!
Mike R. (verified owner) –
Super happy I didn’t spend $2000 for the black rims from Tesla only to have the car ride worse and have less range. Very pleased. Only wish is that they would come with the Tesla logo in the middle.
Anonymous (verified owner) –
Nice upgrade!
Derek (verified owner) –
Overall looks great and installation was straightforward. Love the center locking mechanism. Only con was that one of the covers came in scuffed/scratched on the back side.
Rimetrix (store manager) –
We are glad to hear that you found the installation straightforward and you like the center locking mechanism. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the back side of one of the covers. Do note that some areas on the back of the cover may appear in an uneven finish. This part of the manufacturing process, and it does not affect the performance of the wheel cover. Please don’t hesitate to reach us at info@rimetrix.com if you would like to further review this issue. Thank you.

This is my 2nd set from rimitrex! On my last set one was stolen. I chose to get the new Medusa style & i am very happy with the purchase! They look fantastic!
Micah S. (verified owner) –
Very easy to install, and my wife loves them. I think they look a bit out of place in the sun because the black or the shine is off from the coloring of the black Tesla. My wife doesn’t seem to care. There is also a small part of the steel rim that shows as you approach the car from an angle. It would bother me, but the wife doesn’t care. Summary: If buying for your wife, she will love it.
Anonymous (verified owner) –
Not very strong. Just bought it a month ago.A minor scrub to the sidewalk left a huge scratch on one of the wheel cover.
Rimetrix (store manager) –
We’re sorry to hear about the scratch on your wheel cover. We understand how disappointing it can be to see a new purchase marked so soon. However, we’re glad to know that the wheel cover took the hit instead of your wheel. We do offer single wheel cover replacement kits that are not only cost-effective but also quick to replace compared to the time-consuming and often expensive process of repainting your wheels.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improving the durability of our products. Thank you for choosing our brand.

I’ve had them on the car for about 1000 miles so far, through a couple of snowy and slushy drives over mountain passes and they are holding up very well. Great quality and easy installation—though it would be even better if the felt strips were pre-applied! Would definitely recommend to others.

The cover fit perfectly and look amazing!
Tsz Yeung Tang (verified owner) –
Looks great easy to install. Only complaint is the foam strips seems to have about 1 inch missing on all 4 wheel covers. it doesn’t go all the way. Wish they have couple extras to fill in the gap but they tried to make it just enough to cover the whole wheel. Not sure if it’ll scratch the rim but I’ll just wing it for now.
Nathan E. (verified owner) –
I love the way if looks on my car!

Mark A Catalano (verified owner) –
Rims are great, however could you please price the single ones a bit less. They are priced higher individually than buying a new 4 pack.
Chris S. (verified owner) –
I use reviews when I buy things on Amazon and other sites but I rarely give reviews. These wheel covers couldn’t be any more perfect. I wanted the induction look but didn’t want the 20in wheels with Pennsylvania potholes . Buy these covers! And best of all , made in USA!

Good
Charles R. (verified owner) –
These are great wheel covers, good quality, look great. When installed there is a bit of silver wheel that shows between the wheel cover and the rim. I bought a $6 roll of 1/2 inch vinyl pin striping and installed before putting wheel covers on. Well worth the money and I like that I can buy just one replacement cover if they get scratched.
Paul (verified owner) –
Anthoney David (verified owner) –
I love the way these covers look, and the build quality is likely the best for aftermarket. The only do downside for me is that center cap is a bit difficult to remove. You must remove it before you can remove the cover.
Kristopher (verified owner) –
High quality! Shipped and packaged excellently. Easy install, highly recommend!!!
Michael J. (verified owner) –
Well packaged to prevent damage. They are easy to install. They definitely hold on tighter than the OEM covers. So glad I got these. They allow you to have a nice looking wheel without the harsher ride from the larger diameter wheels. Would buy these again.
John B. (verified owner) –
Installed smooth, look great! Big upgrade from stock covers.
Anonymous (verified owner) –
Shipping was quick and the installation was very easy. The Medusa Black covers tremendously improved the looks of my black Tesla compared to the standard silver rims my Model Y came with.
Chihun Lee (verified owner) –
Ryan C. (verified owner) –
These wheels look great on our Model Y at a fraction of the cost of the premium Tesla wheels. We explictly turned down inventory deals with the premium wheels to be able to get these on the factory wheels. Plus if you hit a curb, its much cheaper to replace 1-2 of these. Very Happy

The Medusa black wheel covers look great on my blue Tesla Model Y. The black color perfectly accents the black trim on the Blue Tesla. Also, I thought it was a nice touch to pair Medusa covers with the Scorpion tires. Installation instructions were clear, and installation itself was straight forward. Total time to install about 20 minutes. Most of that time was spent applying the sound dampening foam. I appreciate that Rimetrix included the foam for improved performance.
Deborah (verified owner) –
Great rims! Had them for my Model 3 (as one of the OGs from the Kickstarter campaign) so knew exactly who to turn to when spiffing up my new Model Y. 🙂
Nathan (verified owner) –
I wish the instructions for how to apply the foam padding were more clear, but otherwise, these rims have worked great!
Rimetrix (store manager) –
Thank you for the feedback. We will work on improving the instructions. You may find more details on our step-by-step installation guide page: https://rimetrix.com/medusa-installation/
We are glad that they have worked great for you.

These wheel covers look great, but an unexpected benefit is the reduced road noise. At first I thought I was imagining it, but after more trips I’m convinced the ride is quieter.
Bob W. (verified owner) –
What a great product and best of all “MAKE IN THE USA!!!
Anonymous (verified owner) –
Happy with my purchase. I am not good at installing things but I managed to figure out how to put these on. It’s been about 8 weeks and they look good. They are quite a bit more expensive than other options out there and I am guessing time will tell how robust they are. I am super mindful of curbs because of seeing the state of Tesla rims everywhere. I have had many Tesla rentals from Hertz and all of them had rims that were trashed so I was aware of the pain point. I think you can replace individual covers which makes it possible to replace one or two of something happens. They wash nicely with no special cleaner needed which I think is a positive and speaks to the quality of the material. Guessing the cheaper options are of lower quality materials. I think this is a US company and when I have an option, I prefer to spend my money with American businesses whenever possible.

Rimetrix (store manager) –
Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our product. We sincerely apologize for the delay in your order. The delay was caused by the item being out of stock at the time of your purchase. We understand how frustrating this situation can be. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Having to put on the stripping is a pain. Plus, one is stuck on and isn’t able to be removed. They do look nice, tho.
Rimetrix (store manager) –
Thank you for choosing our product and for your valuable feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the stuck wheel cover. Our wheel covers feature a locking mechanism, and the center caps need to be removed first to unlock the covers. You can find detailed instructions on our installation/removal page. https://rimetrix.com/medusa-installation/
Brake dust and road grime can sometimes cause the contact surfaces on the back of the wheel to stick. If the cover is difficult to remove after removing the center cap, please move the wheel cover left to right to help it get unstuck before pulling it off. Additionally, you may find it easier to remove the cover after a car wash.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

I wish there was an option to order center hub caps with a red Tesla “T” logo. That would be cool. Also, if these came in a light silver/gray color that was a similar color to the 19″ sport wheels of the Model 3, I would have definitely ordered that instead of the black ones.

CODE 73080PBME for $20 off. Got these back in May and they have been great. No plastic creaking noise like the cheaper ones on Amazon. Ordered a second set for my brother’s car. Highly recommend.

Everything about my purchase was a positive experience. Most importantly, the Medusa Black wheel covers look fantastic on my Model Y. They were shipped and arrived quickly. The packaging was done well to prevent any damage during shipping and they arrived in perfect condition. The instructions for installation were included in the shipped box and they were incredibly easy to install. I am extremely happy with my wheel covers!

Use Coupon Code 75814ZCWP for $20 off. Expires Dec 2, 2024. I’ve had these for a year and they saved my wheels from scratches from scraping the curb. Yes, the covers are scratched now, but it is barely noticeable on the black plastic, plus if I want them perfect a new cover is a lot cheaper than a new wheel. I just ordered another set for the Model 3 wheels that I am using for snow tires.

Another happy customer like others here. The covers give me the look I like plus maintain or a bit improved range without going to bigger wheel to sacrifice ride comfort. Also, somehow I feel ride is quieter. It looks 100X better than OEM covers. 🙂

The quality of these wheel covers are more superior than the China made ones. Rimetrix uses ppa/pa which is the same material that Tesla uses on the Gemini wheel covers. The ones from China uses abs plastic which causes a funny crackling sound when driving. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I’m super happy with the quality and fit of these covers. I considered getting some cheaper amazon ones but I’m happy I didn’t. These seem like they will hold up long term.

Get the same look as the $2,000.00 Tesla wheels without the cost. The wheel covers also give me the option to go with the traditional aluminum wheel that is already on the Tesla.

Best looking Tesla wheel covers on the market. Hands down!!

So glad to find a made-in-USA wheel cover that covers the rims, looks nifty, is durable AND doesn’t lose range. I can’t say it helps efficiency as I haven’t had them long enough or done enough driving > 60MPH but I don’t doubt the testing results posted here.
Well done!
